OpenSim

OpenSim, also called OpenSimulator, is an open source 3D application server software. It can be used to create virtual multi-user environments. OpenSim is modular, extensible and supports the Second Life® protocols. OpenSim can be used with Second Life® compatible viewers.

The open source community developing OpenSim also consists of well known companies like Intel® and IBM®. OpenSim has the potential to become the main server software platform for the future 3D World Wide Web.

Dreamland Metaverse is actively supporting OpenSim development. Our CEO and founder Snoopy Pfeffer is OpenSim core developer.
